Important information

The ticket counter is not staffed before 08:00 and after 20:00 and admission is purchased from a vending machine. No student tickets can be purchased there. If you wish to benefit from the student discount, you must purchase your tickets at a different time (single tickets on the same day). We recommend purchasing 10-entry passes. There is a student discount for under 25s with the Unicard. Here you can see the price list.

Content/program

Meeting point: In the indoor pool

Several lanes are available for level B, L1 and L2.

Content: Simple technical exercises in various swimming styles, exercises to improve coordination and training of fitness factors.

Training scope level B: 1200-1500m in 60 minutes / training scope L1: 1800-2000m in 60 minutes / training scope L2: 2500-3000m

Participants pay for their own entry to the indoor pool. Multiple tickets or subscriptions are cheaper than single entries, students have a discount with the Unicard.


Prerequisites for attendance

Level Basic: 100 m crawl with regular, correct breathing, and participants should be able to swim at least one other style (breaststroke or backstroke). For those who do not have basic knowledge, we recommend attending the "Schwimmen lernen" course or a crawl course.

Level L1: Participants should be able to swim crawl with regular, correct breathing over 200 m and should be able to swim a second swimming style. In view of the time, participants should also be able to swim a series (example) of 6 x 100 m with an exit time of 2:10.

L2: Advanced skills in all swimming styles. Very suitable for former competitive swimmers and triathletes. Participants should be able to swim a series (example) of 6 x 100 metres with a exit time of 1:45.
