Content/program | If you want to continue running under supervision after the basic jogging course or if you are a moderate endurance runner and would like to join the running training L2, the running training L1 is just right for you. This training also serves as preparation for popular races such as the GP of Bern. Everyone who can run at least a 45' easy (5:30-6:00/km) endurance run is welcome.
