Content/program

In small groups, we cover the basics of qualitative powerlifting training (free weights)

  • Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Bench press

The focus is on correct execution, precise technical instruction and specific feedback.

Prerequisites for attendance

For anyone interested in strength training who would like an introduction to powerlifting (free weights training).

Previous experience of working out in a gym is an advantage.
