Content/program Qigong is an ancient Chinese art of movement and includes a wealth of exercises to harmonise the body, breathing and mind. Regular Qigong promotes mobility, balance, coordination and concentration and leads to vitality, inner peace and mental balance. The training is designed in such a way that a Qigong form (standardised exercise sequence) can be learned over the course of a semester with regular attendance, thus enabling independent practice at home.
