In Cardio Combat, the focus is increasingly on short, high-intensity intervals of exertion and recovery phases. Various elements from martial arts (combat) are combined with speed, strength and endurance training in simple sequences. Motivating music and simple choreography make for an efficient and varied workout that increases fitness and activates fat burning.
