Content/program |
"Barre à terre" is a full body workout where dance movements and strength training flow into each other. The muscle structures are lengthened, strengthened and corrected into the correct position through ballet-specific exercises on the floor. The training helps to develop good flexibility in your own body. "Barre à terre" is suitable for every level and not just for ballet dancers. It is the perfect complement to many dance classes. |
Prerequisites for attendance |
To ensure that learning progress can be made and that the coaches can coordinate the training sessions in a way that builds on each other, participation should be as consistent as possible. If you are unable to attend training regularly, please be aware that it can be challenging to follow the training programme. |
