Content/program

Step aerobics trains your stamina, body balance and coordination skills. Step by step, a choreography is built up and practised, and the repeated use of this choreography continuously trains your entire body. Accompanied by the right playlist, this fitness, strength, balance and coordination training is guaranteed to put you in a good mood.
