Content/program | Calisthenics is a form of self-weight training in which you perform an impressive variety of exercises with minimal equipment. This form of training not only improves your strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination, but also promotes an aesthetically pleasing and strong physique. The term ‘calisthenics’ comes from the Greek, where ‘kalos’ stands for beauty and ‘sthenos’ for strength - perfectly embodied in every movement. The training offers you more than just a workout - it is an opportunity to learn the basics, acquire advanced techniques and redefine the limits of your body. The instructor provides tips and tricks for all levels of ability. Each training session has a specific focus:

Prerequisites for attendance | Enjoy new forms of movement that emphasize strength. This training has no performance level. Anyone interested can take part regardless of their ability level. |
