Content/program

Calisthenics is a form of self-weight training in which you perform an impressive variety of exercises with minimal equipment. This form of training not only improves your strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination, but also promotes an aesthetically pleasing and strong physique. The term ‘calisthenics’ comes from the Greek, where ‘kalos’ stands for beauty and ‘sthenos’ for strength - perfectly embodied in every movement.

The training offers you more than just a workout - it is an opportunity to learn the basics, acquire advanced techniques and redefine the limits of your body. The instructor provides tips and tricks for all levels of ability. Each training session has a specific focus:

  • 1st, 8th & 15th of April: Calisthenics ‘basics’ such as fundamentals, effective training, posture and body tension
  • 29th of April & 6th of May: Handstand and ‘push’ exercises: Learn the handstand from scratch or improve your technique. 
  • 13th & 20th of May: Muscle up and pull exercises 
  • 27th of May & 3rd of June: Dynamic Jumps
  • 10th & 17th of June: Statics: human flag and front and back levers 
  • 24th of June: Free training with individual coaching
Prerequisites for attendance

Enjoy new forms of movement that emphasize strength.

This training has no performance level. Anyone interested can take part regardless of their ability level.
