Content/program The ‘Rückenfit’ programme is a versatile full-body workout with a focus on the back. The varied strengthening and stretching exercises support an upright and healthy posture. The training strengthens the abdominal and back muscles and promotes mobility.
Prerequisites for attendance This training is aimed at persons who are 35 years or older.

Small equipment such as Pilates rollers, yoga blocks and additional weights are often used during training. If you take part regularly, it is worth purchasing this training equipment. Alternatively, a thick book and water bottles can be used as additional weights instead of dumbbells.
