Content/program | The ‘Rückenfit’ programme is a versatile full-body workout with a focus on the back. The varied strengthening and stretching exercises support an upright and healthy posture. The training strengthens the abdominal and back muscles and promotes mobility. |
Prerequisites for attendance | This training is aimed at persons who are 35 years or older. |

Equipment | Sportswear. Small equipment such as Pilates rollers, yoga blocks and additional weights are often used during training. If you take part regularly, it is worth purchasing this training equipment. Alternatively, a thick book and water bottles can be used as additional weights instead of dumbbells. |
