| Content/program | Bungee workout is a combination of endurance training, strength training and full-body training in a single training session. The workout starts with joint mobilisation and a warm-up. Then the moves are practised on the bungee rope and trained individually under supervision. In cardio units, the movements learned in the strength and endurance sections are linked together. The feeling of flying is unique, so you forget that you are training your muscles and cardiovascular system. |
