Content/program

Bungee workout is a combination of endurance training, strength training and full-body training in a single training session. The workout starts with joint mobilisation and a warm-up. The moves on the bungee rope are practised and trained under supervision. This is followed by high-intensity interval training for the whole body, based on a combination of strength and cardio training. Throughout the entire workout, the deep muscles must be stabilised, which trains constant core activity. The feeling of flying is unique here too!
