| Content/program | In this course you will learn basic self-defence techniques and concepts. Together with the trainers, you will reflect on the automatic reactions and feelings that are triggered when we are confronted with violence, when we carry out self-defence techniques or when these are used on us. The strategies for action are expanded and ultimately increase the effectiveness in conflict or violent situations. |
