Pilates Flow is a functional whole-body workout that develops strength, stability and flexibility from the inside out. The interplay of movement, strength and flexibility leads to improved movement and body awareness. Through fascia-focused Pilates training, you will learn to move economically, gracefully and in a balanced way. The elements of Slings myofascial training improve your dynamic stability and elastic strength and promote your flexibility and freedom of movement. |
