| Content/program | From the Bedretto (All'Aqua, expected at 9:25 a.m.) to Italy to the Alpe Toggia to the Rifugio Maria Luisa. The tours are adapted to the circumstances and the group. Possible summit destinations: Helgenhorn, Marchhorn, Basòdino, Grieshorn and further. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | At least ski touring experience from one touring week. Safe hairpin bends on the ascent, very good physical condition for ascents of 4-5 hours at 300 metres altitude per hour, fluent and safe skiing in all types of snow and in the forest. |

| Equipment | The material is the responsibility of the participants. Please only take what you need, we will carry everything!
Backpack approx. 30l packing volume, snacks and thermos bottle
Sunglasses and ski goggles, sunscreen, lipstick, possibly a sun hat
Gloves (1x thin and 1x warm), hat, windproof, breathable clothing, sports underwear, light thermal jacket (microfiber or down)
LVS, shovel, probe
Touring ski boots, touring skis, ski poles, skins, crampons mandatory
For snowboarders, we recommend a modern splitboard with crampons (can be rented from a sports shop), repair kit/spare parts for snowboard bindings.
Silk sleeping bag, toiletries, ear plugs, flashlight
Small pocket pharmacy, bandages, blister plasters and personal medication, ID and euros.
Slippers are available.
Rental equipment: LVS (CHF 8.00/day), shovel (CHF 3.00/day), probe (CHF 3.00/day) and sticks (CHF 5.00/day) can be rented from University Sports. |
