| Content/program |
The training starts with a common warm-up with strength and endurance exercises. After that, the basic techniques and basic figures such as first simple tricks, climbing and simple spins are taught. |

| Equipment |
To get the necessary grip on the acrobatic bar, direct skin contact with it is important. That is why we recommend tight clothing, e.g. short, sleeveless top and elastic hot pants. Clothing should be tight and comfortable to avoid slipping and uncomfortable feeling. |
