Content/program
Simply learn to meditate

Meditation is a state of mental concentration and internalisation. Today, the importance of meditation is confirmed from various sides; brain researchers, immunologists and psychotherapists are studying the positive effects on a physical, emotional and mental level.
Many people would like to meditate, but do not know what exactly constitutes the much-vaunted practice of meditation and how they should go about calming the mind.
What really helps us to create a state of alert calm?
Meditation has the power to change the structures of our brain and body.
It reduces stress and helps us to stay centred in the face of challenges.
By practising mindfulness and presence, we experience a feeling of joy, serenity and freshness. 

Course content:
  • Introduction to the topic
  • Preparatory exercises (body, breathing and concentration exercises)
  • Various forms of passive and active meditation
  • What obstacles do we have to reckon with? What helps?
  • Exchange
