Content/program Unlike static and strengthening styles of yoga, such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga is very dynamic. The postures (asanas) are not practised individually, but are linked together in flowing movements. These flow sequences are performed in sync with the breath. The training is challenging for the body and calming for the mind.
Prerequisites for attendance This training is aimed at persons who are 35 years or older.
