Content/program

A passive, calm yet intense form of yoga that promotes a mindful and loving approach to one's own body. Yin yoga involves poses that are held for several minutes. This has a positive effect on the fasciae and the meridian system. The asanas (postures) are mostly performed sitting and lying down. With the help of gravity, the muscles and deep connective tissue can be stretched more effectively.
