In the Cardio Step you train your endurance, your body balance and your coordination skills. Step by step, a choreography is choreography is built up and practised step by step and repeated use this results in a continuous training load on your entire your entire body. Accompanied by the right playlist, this fitness, strength, balance and coordination training is guaranteed to put you in a good mood.
