| Prerequisites for attendance | First experience in alpine touring and rope technique at least from the alpine touring course, climbing on rock. Sure-footed in firn and with crampons. No fear of heights. Excellent physical condition and constitution for all-day tours and the long descent to the valley. Ascent speed 300 metres altitude/hour. |

| Equipment | The material is the responsibility of the participants. Please note: We carry everything with us. Rucksack approx. 35 litre packing volume, snacks (breakfast and dinner are served in the hut), water bottle, sunglasses (at least protection factor 3), sun cream, lipstick, sun hat, earplugs, headlamp, silk sleeping bag, toothbrush, blister plasters, small first-aid kit with bandages, personal medication and rescue foil, gloves, hat, windproof, rainproof and breathable clothing, sports underwear, light down jacket or similar. Climbing harness, 2 screw carabiners, 1 HMS carabiner, 1 carabiner without locking device, abseil brake and Prusik sling, slings 60cm + 120cm, 2 quickdraws, if available 1-2 friends (mobile belay device), helmet, mountain boots and adapted crampons with anti-pole, ice axe. Single rope 50m / 2 participants. |
