Prerequisites for attendance Ski touring experience from at least one week of touring. Safe hairpin turns on the ascent, very good physical condition for ascents of 4 hours at 350-400 metres in altitude per hour, fluent and safe skiing in all types of snow and on steep terrain.
Only suitable for VERY good splitboarders who can glide really well!

Equipment The material is the responsibility of the participants. ONLY TAKE THE SPECIFIED EQUIPMENT WITH YOU. NO ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED! WE CARRY EVERYTHING WITH US.
Rucksack approx. 30l packing volume, snacks and thermos flask (max. 1 litre), sunglasses and ski goggles with bright (orange) lenses, sun cream, lip protection, sun hat, gloves, hat, windproof, breathable clothing, sports underwear, light down jacket or similar, headlamp, silk sleeping bag, toothbrush, earplugs, small first-aid kit with personal medication, blister plasters.
Avalanche transceiver (3 antenna device!), shovel, probe, touring ski boots, touring skis, ski poles, skins, crampons, climbing harness with 1 screw carabiner and long sling (120 cm). Depending on conditions (light) crampons (will be communicated at short notice).
IMPORTANT: SNOWBOARDERS MUST BRING SUITABLE REPAIR MATERIAL/SPARE PARTS FOR THE BINDINGS!
Avalanche transceiver (CHF 8.00/day), shovel (CHF 3.00/day) and probe (CHF 3.00/day) can be hired from the University Sports.
