After the warm-up/introduction, basic techniques are refined, general game tactics are improved and the tasks of the various positions are clarified and the 6-6 game system without specialisation with penetration 1 (5 attackers / 1 setter) is introduced. More technically demanding exercises and forms of play with tactical elements are implemented. This is followed by a game. |
| Prerequisites for attendance |
You have mastered the basic techniques of the manchette and the upper pass so well that you enable your team-mates to attack.
You can use the chains of action in attack and passing (without penetration).
You play the serve safely. It doesn't matter whether you serve from above or below.
You are comfortable in the 6-6 game system without specialisation. |
