Forest bathing is suitable for anyone who enjoys being in nature and is under stress.

Simple mindfulness exercises are taught that can be applied in everyday life in nature, which are beneficial and help in dealing with challenges and stress. The focus is on connecting with nature and immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere. In addition, there are nature resilience exercises, which can have a soothing and strengthening effect thanks to the atmosphere of nature. We need resilience to face the storms of life with strength.
