In addition, there are nature resilience exercises, which can have a soothing and strengthening effect thanks to the atmosphere of nature. We need resilience to face the storms of life with strength. A day in nature for you to discover the versatile practice of mindfulness in nature and train your resilience. We will take a leisurely walk and cover approx. 4-6 km during the course.
