Content/program

Hatha yoga relaxes the body and mind, and with regular practice a more fulfilling, mindful life can be established. After the lesson, you'll feel grounded and filled with positive energy. Although flexibility is not the focus here, with time and patience you will become more flexible through practice. After a thorough warm-up, you'll discover coordinated postures (asanas) that relax and strengthen the muscles. At the end, we meditate together in savasana. This course is open to everyone. No previous knowledge is necessary, as different variations of the asanas are taught depending on the conditions.
