| Content/program | This weekend, all cross-country skiing enthusiasts, or those who would like to become one, can experience the Gantrisch and its diversity! On Sunday the "3nd Gantrisch Loppet" will take place, a unique cross-country sporting event! Those who want to take part can stay overnight with us and pick up the last technical and tactical tips on Saturday. You have to register for the event yourself. At the same time we will offer skating courses on Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. We will all spend the night in the Stierenhütte in shared rooms. We will cook together in the evening and enjoy the hut life! Arrival is either on Friday from 2pm with the Unisport bus or independently on Saturday with public transport: Bern, from 08:12am to Thurnen, Thurnen (bus) from 08:35am, arrival Gurnigel Stierenhütte 09:09am. Meeting point: Stierenhütte. The cost includes overnight accommodation and tuition. Dinner and breakfast will be bought in and the costs will be shared among the participants and paid on site. Travel costs are not included. Independent return on Sunday to Bern or by Unisport bus. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Participation with skating skis. Cross-country skiing knowledge (1-2 days cross-country skiing experience or 1-2 course visits in beginner A). Not suitable for complete beginners. |

| Equipment | Complete cross-country skiing equipment (rental not possible on site). Clothes for on the trail and in the house, towel, sleeping bag, bed linen, pillow, tea towel.
