| Content/program | MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion) is a course in self-compassion. In this 8-week course we learn about and apply self-compassion. MSC is evidence-based and was developed by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer. You will learn exercises to meet yourself with care, kindness and understanding in challenging moments. Research on self-compassion shows that a kind inner attitude towards ourselves reduces stress. In the course you will learn:

MSC is suitable for anyone who already has mindfulness training experience (has attended an MBSR course) and would like to delve deeper into mindfulness, self-compassion and self-kindness. The aim is to learn how to support yourself in challenging situations. The course is non-denominational and therefore open to all. At the beginning of the course, there will be a preliminary discussion in which goals and expectations are discussed together. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know each other and to ensure that the course can be beneficial for you in your current life situation. It is recommended that you have already completed an MBSR course. MSC is not psychotherapy and participation is not possible in acute crises. Included in the course fee:
