Content/program

Immerse yourself in a special space of experience - far away from everyday university life.
In this powerful combination of PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® and SOUNDBATH, an inner journey to more presence, peace and regeneration awaits you.

Conscious breathing and sound frequencies will open you up to a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® combines conscious breathing with electronic music and enables you to reduce stress, activate new energy and connect with your inner self.
The subsequent SOUNDBATH with crystal bowls uses vibration and sound to bring you into a state of regeneration, letting go and deep calm.

This workshop is not a classic relaxation course - but a sensory journey inwards in which body, mind and emotions are allowed to come into harmony.
