Content/program

The one-day silent retreat invites you to consciously go into silence and turn your gaze inwards for a day. Participants spend the day in silence, accompanied by mindful bodywork (traditional Hatha yoga), silent and selective guided meditation (Vipassana-inspired), a Dharma session (talk) and moments of reflection.

Verbal impulses are used to guide you through the day - the participants themselves spend it in conscious silence. The retreat is aimed at people with meditation experience as well as those interested in exploring how a mindful day in silence affects the mind and body. The retreat is non-denominational and therefore open to all.
