Content/program

Hypopressive training combines posture and breathing exercises.

During training, we adopt positions that place the joints and muscles in an optimal load situation. This stretches tense muscles, strengthens less active muscles and improves posture. An upright posture is crucial to reduce intra-abdominal pressure and thus relieve the pelvic floor, abdominal wall and lower back.

While we are in these positions, we breathe slowly and consciously. The slow and deep breathing mobilizes the chest, the diaphragm and promotes the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, which contributes to a feeling of relaxation.
