Content/program

The training offers you more than just a workout - it is your opportunity to learn the basics, master advanced techniques and redefine the limits of your body. Each session has a specific focus to give you a comprehensive experience:

  • 24.09. Calisthenics “Basics”: perfect for beginners and intermediates who want to strengthen their fundamentals. We lay the foundation for clean technique and efficient movement sequences.
  • 01.10. Handstand and “push” exercises: Learn the handstand from scratch or improve your technique. We focus on push exercises to help you develop explosive strength in your chest, shoulders and arms.
  • 08.10. Muscle up and pull exercises: Master the muscle up, one of the most popular calisthenics exercises. We'll show you the techniques to reach this milestone, accompanied by pull exercises for a strong back and powerful arms.
  • 15.10. Human Flag and “Statics”: Static exercises such as the Human Flag, Front and Back Lever are the pinnacle of body control and strength. Discover how you can integrate these impressive moves into your training.
Prerequisites for attendance

Enjoy new forms of movement that emphasize strength.

This training has no performance level. Anyone interested can take part regardless of their ability level.
