Content/program | ‘Relaxed and focussed in everyday life’ is a course in 6 units to strengthen your resilience to daily stressors. Using various methods (hypnosis, progressive muscle relaxation, positive mindset), you will learn to adopt new perspectives so that you can master the demands of your everyday life in a relaxed and motivated manner. According to John Kabat Zinn: you can't stop the wave, but you can learn to surf it! You will receive an audio file for each unit. Hypnosis: Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and heightened awareness at the same time. For example, when we are in the flow of an activity and don't even notice how time passes. In hypnosis, we hear everything, can speak and do exactly what we want. The scientific effect of hypnosis has been confirmed and there are numerous studies on the subject. Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR): PMR according to Jacobson is a relaxation training programme in which individual muscles are tensed so that they can then relax completely. PMR has been proven to be an effective method for reducing general stressful situations. |
