Content/program | "Barre à terre" is a full body workout where dance movements and strength training flow into each other. The muscle structures are lengthened, strengthened and corrected into the correct position through ballet-specific exercises on the floor. The training helps to develop good flexibility in your own body. "Barre à terre" is suitable for every level and not just for ballet dancers. It is the perfect complement to many dance classes. |
