Content/program	In this training session, we work on basic volleyball-specific techniques and practise elementary tactical chains of action/sequences: forearm pass and set Service (from below/above) and reception Smash (with / without jump) Block and defence Action chains: Receiving>>Starting>>Attacking>>Blocking>>Releasing>>Starting/Setting>>Blocking>>Setting... Game system 6-6 (set to position 2, position 6 behind)
Prerequisites for attendance	You have basic volleyball skills. You know the most important volleyball rules and the 6-6 game system without specialisation.
