In free circus training, there are no limits to the variety of movements and circus skills you can try out. After warming up, you can try out different movements in free training and get inspiration and support from the instructors. Partner acrobatics Perform dynamic tricks and figures together: Synchronisation, body tension, communication and good safety techniques are key. Acroyoga Try out acrobatic sequences together: we practise in pairs, which requires body awareness, body tension and trust. Aerial acrobatics Aerial acrobatics with a vertical cloth or aerial ring (lyra) trains strength, flexibility, body control and expression. Handstand Whether on the floor, on blocks, parallel bars or handstand canes – we support you on your handstand journey. Floorwork and locomotion The movement of the human body knows no bounds. Moving on the floor challenges your coordination and involves your entire musculoskeletal system. Juggling Tips and tricks with balls, clubs, rings, diabolos, devil sticks and other objects. Coordination, a sense of rhythm, concentration and responsiveness are required. Flow arts We work with dragon sticks, contact sticks, spinning sticks and POIs, among other things. There are no limits to creative play with the objects and your body. AcroYoga is a form of partner acrobatics that incorporates yoga elements. Handstand Whether on the floor, parallettes or handstand canes - we support you on your handstand path. Floor work, locomotion and animal moves The movement of the human body knows no limits. Whether as a warm-up or as part of your movement or dance practice, locomotion on the floor requires your coordination, including the entire musculoskeletal system. Juggling Tips and tricks with balls, clubs, rings, diabolos and devil sticks. Flow Arts The Flow Arts draw from a variety of old and modern movement disciplines, which bring about the flow state with a little practice. We deal with Dragon, Contact and Spinning sticks, among others |
