| Content/program | In this course your cross-country skiing skills will be refined and developed. The time frame of the lessons is from 09:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Of the Lessons last 2.5 hours. The exact lesson time and meeting point will be communicated by email before the course. We select the cross-country skiing area at short notice depending on the snow conditions. The Travel usually takes place individually and with a public transport connection. From time to time we travel with minibuses. The travel costs by public transport are at the expense of the participants |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Good knowledge of the skating technique, i.e. all step forms should be safely mastered. Sufficient stamina to be able to skate for 30-45 minutes at a time without a break. |

| Equipment | Clothes adapted to the weather, something to drink, cash for the cross-country skiing trail pass or cross-country skiing trail pass, snacks, perhaps a dry T-shirt for changing after the course.
