| Content/program | In teams of two, the aim after the attack is to hit the ball with a maximum of three touches on the Hulla Hoop net, so that the opposite team can no longer reach it or return back to the net. The ball can be catapulted in any direction or stroked, which gives the game a wealth of tactics, strategies and options. It is played in teams of two, in an open cagegory (man/man, woman/woman or woman/man). |
