| Content/program | Freestyle off-snow training has its origins in the freestyle sports of winter (skiing and snowboarding). In the summer, in dry training, tricks can be learned and the board feeling board feeling can be trained, in order to convert these in the winter on the snow. After a common warm-up, ground acrobatics and trampoline are practiced in small groups. In the second part there will be a free training and for motivated and interested in skateboarding (street or half pipe, depending on interest). The training takes place in the BAIOS training hall of the Bernese Snowboard Association BABE. In addition to a MAXI trampoline and a Eurotramp, it has a small and medium miniramp, as well as material for floor acrobatics. |
