TRE® in-depth

In principle, there are no restrictions on the use of TRE, but caution is advised in the following cases: 

• possible pregnancy
• Cardiovascular problems (irregular blood pressure)
• Injuries or operations that have not yet healed
• epilepsy
• severe osteoporosis
• undergoing medical or psychological treatment (including medication)

If one or more of these points apply, please contact the TRE provider in advance.

Together we will analyse your personal situation and find a suitable solution for you. Depending on this, a TRE introduction in an individual setting may be advisable.

Room B-124 is located on the first basement floor, building section B, west side (Bremgartenstrasse) of the vonRoll University Centre, Fabrikstrasse 8, 3012 Bern. Please refer to the plans and addresses in the building.

In the TRE® advanced course, you will have the opportunity to refresh the TRE® exercises under professional guidance on two course evenings,

clarify questions and deepen your trembling process individually. The advanced course is suitable for you if you:

• would like to continue practising TRE® in company after the introductory course
• haven't practised TRE® for a while and now want to refresh the exercises and get back into the trembling process
• want to get back into the trembling process
• your trembling process is not really taking hold in some area of your body and you would like support here
• want support here
• you would like to enrich and develop your TRE® process with further accompanying exercises

The focus of the advanced course is to support the individual trembling process and to develop it further. In addition to the basic practice of the TRE® exercises, in-depth training in body awareness, breathing exercises body awareness, breathing exercises, grounding and stabilisation exercises as well as physical interventions can be included to achieve this goal.
