| Content/program | The Unisport programme will focus on practising mindfulness meditation, with meditations based heavily on the MBSR programme (mindfulness-based stress reduction according to Jon Kabat-Zinn). These are secular forms of meditation that have been well researched scientifically and have proven to be effective. Each session will include guided sitting meditations (or occasionally lying down), light movement exercises and discussion of the experiences. This will be supplemented by input (short lectures, images, etc.) from the course leader. To provide inspiration and motivation to keep going, there will be voluntary observation tasks or exercise opportunities to continue practising throughout the week. Of course, those who attend frequently will benefit the most, but it is always possible to join at any time. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | This training does not specify a performance level. Anyone interested can participate, regardless of their performance level. |
