Content/program | Many people would like to meditate, but don't know exactly what the much-praised practice of meditation entails and how to go about calming the mind. What really helps us to create a state of alert calm? Meditation has the power to change the structures of our brain and body. It helps us to stay centred when faced with challenges and to reduce stress. In meditation, we are present, we are completely with ourselves and in the moment. Through meditation, we learn to detach ourselves from the constant busyness of our minds, which leads to relaxation, insight and clarity. This creates a new space for action with challenges and allows for loving contact with yourself and your environment. By practising mindfulness and presence, we experience a feeling of joy, serenity and freshness. Course content
