Content/program

Hatha yoga relaxes the body and mind and a more fulfilling and conscious life will come with regular practice. After the class you will feel grounded and full of positive energy. Although flexibility is not the focus here, with time and patience you will become more flexible through practice. After an extensive warm-up, you will experience coordinated postures (asanas) that relax you and strengthen your muscles. At the end, we meditate together in Savasana. This class is suitable for everyone. No prior knowledge is required, as different variations of the individual asanas are taught depending on your level.

Prerequisites for attendance

This training has no performance level. Anyone interested can take part regardless of their ability level.
