Not suitable for snowboarders.

Solid ski touring experience and surefootedness with skis and on foot (crampons) even in steep terrain, safe hairpin bends in the ascent, very good condition for ascents of 4-6 hours at 300 meters per hour, fluent and safe skiing in all types of snow.

Backpack 25-30l packing volume

Snacks and thermos bottle

Sunglasses and ski goggles, sunscreen, lipstick, possibly sun hat

Gloves (1x thin and 1x warm), cap

windproof, breathable clothing, sports underwear, light thermal jacket (Primaloft, down, etc.)

Beacon, shovel, probe Touring ski boots, touring skis, ski poles, skins, crampons mandatory Climbing harness with 2 screw carabiners, sling and prusik, crampons and pimples, Rope 30m (we need for the whole group 4 ropes to 30m)

Silk sleeping bag, toothbrush, ear box Headlamp

Small pocket pharmacy with bivouac bag or rescue foil, bandage, blister plaster and personal medication

Equipment rental: LVS (CHF 8.00/day), shovel (CHF 3.00/day) and probe (CHF 3.00/day) can be rented at the University Sports.
