| Content/program | Under the guidance of our cross-country instructors, you will be introduced to the most important techniques of cross-country skiing. You will get to know cross-country skiing through games and exercises. The lesson lasts approx. 2.5 hours. The exact lesson time and meeting point will be communicated by e-mail before the course. We choose the cross-country skiing area at short notice depending on the snow conditions. As a rule, the journey is made individually and is always coordinated with a public transport connection. The course is expected to take place in Kandersteg or Lötschental (Blatten). The cost of travelling by public transport will be borne by the participants. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | No or minimal cross-country skiing skills. The course is suitable for absolute beginners and people with minimal knowledge, we form strength classes in the course. |

| Equipment | Clothes adapted to the weather, something to drink, cash for the cross-country skiing trail pass or cross-country skiing trail pass, snacks, perhaps a dry T-shirt for changing after the course.
