Content/program Under the guidance of our cross-country skiing instructors, you will be introduced to the most important techniques of cross-country skiing. You will learn about cross-country skiing through games and exercises. The lesson lasts approximately 2.5 hours. The exact lesson time and meeting point will be communicated by email before the course. We will select the cross-country skiing area at short notice depending on snow conditions. Participants usually travel individually and coordinate their travel with public transport connections. Travel costs by public transport are borne by the participants.
Prerequisites for attendance

You have already gained some experience in the snow - i.e. you have already tried cross-country skiing or downhill skiing or even know how to ski or snowboard.

Participants without snow experience are requested to attend the “Skating introduction course”.

Equipment Clothes adapted to the weather, something to drink, cash for the cross-country skiing trail pass or cross-country skiing trail pass, snacks, perhaps a dry T-shirt for changing after the course.
