Introduction to independent indoor climbing.

The course focuses on the following topics:

  • Safe top-rope and lead climbing.
  • Proper belaying in top rope and lead climbing.
  • Falling and stopping a fall, dynamic belaying.
Prerequisites for attendance No previous experience necessary.
