| Content/program | Day tour, if possible we create different groups. The location will be selected at short notice depending on snow and weather conditions. The stated costs cover organasition and instruction. The cost of the travel, food and possible use of mountain railways or Alpine taxis have to be paid on site. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Physical requirements: approx. 1000 - 1200 vertical meters ascent and descent at a speed of 300 vertical meters per hour. Technical requirements: Smooth and safe skiing / snowboarding in all types of snow. 1-day ski tours / snowboard tours are also suitable for beginners. Several groups will be formed on site. |

| Equipment | Backpack 20-25l pack volume, sunglasses, sunscreen, sun-lipstick, cap, gloves, hat, windproof and breathable clothing, thermal underwear, warm sweater, picnic and drink on the go, avalanche beacon, shovel and probe.
Skiers: touring ski boots, touring skis,
ski poles, skins and crampons. Avalanche beacon(CHF 8.00 / day), shovel (CHF 3.00 / day), probe (CHF 3.00 / day), snowshoes (CHF 8.00 / day) and poles(CHF 5.00 / Day) can be rented at university sports. All participants are responsible to organise their own equipment. |
