| Content/program |
During the first four evenings of the course, you will practice boating and paddling on Lake Wohlen. On the last evening of the course, a trip on the Aare with a gentle current is on the program. If you don't complete the training on the lake, you risk not being approved to participate in the last class on the river. |
| Prerequisites for attendance |
300 meters of swimming without flotation devices. No previous paddling experience is required |
