| Important information | If you are absent on the first day of the course without a notification, you will automatically lose your place on the course. Cancellation for the first day of the course can be made on the course registration form or by e-mail. The ticket office in the Neufeld swimming pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m., entry is purchased at a machine. Student tickets cannot be purchased at the machine. If you would like to benefit from the student discount, you must purchase your tickets at a different time in the indoor swimming pool (single tickets on the same day). We recommend purchasing subscriptions of 10. Study discounts are available for those under 25 with the Unicard.
