Course content: Structure of the dolphin technique
Meeting point: In the indoor pool
Participants pay for their own admission to the indoor pool. Multiple tickets or season tickets are cheaper than single tickets, and students up to the age of 25 receive a discount. |
| Prerequisites for attendance |
Participants are already proficient in the crawl style with correct, regular breathing and can swim at least 300 metres crawl at a stretch in deep water. They are also proficient in another swimming style. |
