| Content/program | Fancy a waltz, but find classic ballroom dancing a bit too old-fashioned? Then American Smooth is just the thing for you! American Smooth isn’t just danced in a closed position: as well as traditional waltz steps, it also includes open positions, turns, figures and flowing movements across the floor. In this course, you’ll learn the basic steps and simple figures. You’ll get to grips with the waltz rhythm, body posture and leading. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | The N1 course is suitable for anyone with no previous experience of American Smooth Waltz or other ballroom dances, as well as for dancers who would like to go over the dance steps again from the very beginning. |
