| Content/program | MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) is a scientifically based mindfulness training program for stress reduction. Studies show that mindfulness can promote concentration, inner peace, stress management and general well-being. This 8-week course is based on the classic MBSR program and teaches basic mindfulness exercises. In addition, methods are introduced on how mindfulness can be used to deal with inner tension, anxiety and to strengthen resilience. Course programme - a brief overview
Dates
The course is generally suitable for anyone who is either suffering from stress or is simply interested in mindfulness. Stress can be understood very broadly - be it work stress, relationship stress, deadlines, etc.. Mindfulness also offers a more conscious approach to the joys of life. The course is non-denominational and therefore open to all. At the beginning of the course there is a preliminary discussion in which goals and expectations are discussed together. The purpose of the meeting is to get to know each other and to ensure that the course can be beneficial for you in your current life situation. Included in the course fee:
